We Couldn’t Have Gotten a Better Welcome from Marriott Hotel Chicago
I called the Marriott Hotel Chicago front desk to inform them that my friends and I were going to arrive early that day, and asked if they could accommodate us for early check-in, and they immediately granted our request. When we got there, they processed our reservations quickly and accepted the free hotel specials we brought with us.Our room was very well cleaned by the time we got there. Everything looked to be in good order as the room was well-furnished and had all the usual 5-star amenities. We entered the room in time to see a beautiful view Lake Michigan against the backdrop of a glorious sunrise from our hotel room balcony. What a warm welcome to downtown Chicago.
After freshening up a bit, we decided to try eating the breakfast buffet. Good thing we got a discount on the room accommodations because the buffet was really expensive. But, we got what we paid for because the food they served was just divine. My favorite was the chocolate chip pancakes, which I ate 3 of that morning.
The Marriott Hotel Located at the Heart of the Downtown Magnificent Mile
We proceeded outside the hotel after our breakfast and visited the numerous high-end stores nearby. We really saved a lot of money for this trip, and it was time to reap our rewards. And what place could better serve as our base of operations than the famous Marriott Hotel?
After our shopping and dining extravaganza, we decided to call it a day and go back to the hotel. Some of us visited the fitness center, while the others went for a short swim.
